Paul Boehlke  |  Pastor

Paul and  his wife Kristina moved to The Dalles in 2014 to plant One Life church. Paul has always had a love for the people and culture of The Dalles. Both he and Kristina are grateful to be a part of this community.  They have 3 children and one day they'll buy a dog. They wont ever have a cat. Paul likes slam poetry, archery hunting, hip hop,  jazz (big band, not the slow stuff), and doesn't think bacon is all that it's cracked up to be. He also believes eating McDonald's french fries is worth the health risk. Paul's hope for One Life is that it'll become a community of people transformed by the Gospel and empowered to see the Kingdom of God move deeper into our region.

BEN BLAKeLY  |  WORSHIP LEADER

Ben remembers specifically a time when God told him: “Dude,, it's time to make a change in your life and the life your leading" So Ben did. and he moved to The Dalles.. Ben loves jesus, his Heavenly Father, and all of those synonyms used to refer to our creator (ben especially likes “the big strong guy upstairs.”) Ben seeks to expand his knowledge & understanding of God’s character and qualities, and what it means to be transformed more into an image of him. Both of Ben’s parents are musicians. As genetics would have it, Ben’s a musician too. like a chemist if you put Ben’s passion for God and mix it with the love of music— what do you get? That’s right folks, One Life’s very own worship leader! Ben endeavors to challenge both himself and the church to consider what it means to really worship God, both in song, life experience and community sharing One Life.

CASSIE WALLER | Administrator

I grew up 20 miles west of The Dalles, and my husband Josh and I moved our family here in 2015 to be involved in planting One Life. The vision for the church structure and its complete dependence on Jesus, then each other, is part of what inspired us. We have four children and when I’m not actively parenting, I love to write, plan audacious things for my garden that almost never come to fruition, drink coffee, and read.
